The day

I made it to the gym today and had a very small lunch. Decided to skip the overpriced crass show. Work was busy as usual. The family was in high spirits. I going to bed later than I had planned. Good night.

I guess doing these before bed posts are my new thing. I am getting to bed pretty early with a plan to get up at 6 and go for a run. I want to make that my new thing.

End of the day

Nice to be home with Kids but also glad Virginia is feeling better. I cleaned out the van and we ended with an emotional strategy session about Henry. Tuesdays are his busiest days for school and therapy. I just realized that I should have changed the flat on my bike.
Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Virginia has a migraine

So I am home with the kids. Kind of a busy day. Henry had speech and o.t. this morning then school. I took toby to the park and now we are playing at home. Days like this are nice. I really like playing with my kids.

Just got home from the morning meadow Mayfair. Good times and I got to see Dennis and Amanda, always a treat.
